It was finally install day for the Ranger! Jay and crew are amazing and their workmanship is stunning. Wasn’t able to camp today but I did get to experience Flagstaff’s first snow of the year during the install.
It’s just 1” thick Owen’s Corning foam insulation board with fabric glued to it and friction fit in those voids, no interference with the bed sliding out.

Pics of how the clamps look on your Chubby build? I’m having a chubby built for my GMC 2500 AT4 and would like to see how they connect to my bed. Wondering if it may be better to drill holes and bolt it because the clamps might interfere with my bed buildout. So I’d like to see how the clamps look. Thanks. Love the White with black look. So clean.
