Favorite one at the moment, redoing the trailer and just added a new leaf sprung axle. 31's to follow with many more upgrades.

Envious....
My project xj (sidetrack) and trailer (speedy) may never become a couple. Moving in a couple weeks will put a hold on everything and the xj is mid build but being pressed into DD status soon. Oh well...

Howdy!

New to the forum; stumbled upon it searching for options on replacing my trailer below. It is a 1963 Rolite. Used to be a popup, but a previous owner framed it in the upright position. They also cut out the rear end and made a cargo ramp. Bought it to use gold prospecting. Just got done with a 6400 mile road trip, and while I love the funky old trailer, it isn't made for the long haul anymore... it had a lot of age issues and I just sold it to a buddy who will park it on his claim and not drag it around. So I'm looking for something new, that I can also haul around my 2014 BMW 1200 GS Adventure in when I want to.

Lots of great ideas here! Wish I had the patience and skills to build something from the ground up. Hoping to find something already done. Don't need anything fancy; just a place to haul my gear and sleep in. I was sleeping in a cot in my Rolite, but chose to mount a hammock in it, so I can also sleep it in while on the road.

Look forward to browsing around at all the cool stuff here on the forum!

Finally. . .some action shots. Maiden voyage with the RTT this weekend. 7000' in the cascades.
Camp, looking ironic next to a big pusher:

7000' at the summit. The highest vehicle in the state at that moment. There was probably 12' of snow.

Very nice!

But it always amaze me that here, we get an average of 25 feet of snow every year, but in no way can we ever drive even on 3 feet of it, let alone 12 feet!

Again, very nice!

Here is some perspective for you. This is about 1000' below the summit:
