Hello, new guy and first post.
Found the site while googling "Discovery 3 expedition" and saw the LR4 build thread.
I have a 2004 Discovery 3 with the 2.7 tdv6 engine, autobox and HSE trim. It's an early one as it was registered only 2 months after the general release of the D3 in the UK.
Currently has 106,000 miles on it, is due front lower wishbones to be changed and steering inner arm joints, but that's wear and tear.
Has never let me down once since i bought it last August.
Mods are Goodyear Duratrac in 255/55/19, a 8mm sump guard, front and rear light guards, blanked off EGR valves and side steps.
Have a genuine LR expo roof rack on reserve from a friend and will be upgrading the brakes to RRS brembo fronts and V8 D3 rears.
Couple of pictures of it.
