Thanks!!! I thought so too. While not tested in real world yet, the drawers don't need slides ( save $, weight, and space) if the single flange is used for the base for the drawers to "rest on", then use the double flange for the drawers, which gilde on these VERY economical casters from amazon. Measurements are perfect. Time will tell

Let us know if there is any rattling with this system. We use a lot of Bosch (expensive 80/20) at work and it always seemed like a good option to me for a build like this. Never seen it done though! Good work!! Also, getting the cross cuts exactly tangent with the circular ends on those slots is impressive. I ALWAYS ****** that up. Always.

question for you guys. Ive ordered some raptor liner for my drawers. I was planning on doing roll on but may change that. My question is can this be applied without any sort of adhesion promoter? I actually ordered the promotor at the same time but the nozzle was broken off when I received the package. Also do recommend roll on or spray on?

Wish I had room and the know how to do that, so I took the easy way, but hard on the wallet.
I have a Goose Gear cargo box with two equal drawers on order, about three or so weeks out.
I wanted to go the taller module route like yours, but I have stuff on my rear door that protrudes into the interior, and it would hit the modules.

I have bolts, lock washers and fender washers holding my drawer system down. These use the OEM captive nuts for the 3rd row seating. If you build your drawer system as one unit, I would just use four bolts to secure your system. I made my 100-series system with two equal halves, so I put four bolts per side which is likely overkill. When I rebuild it over the winter I will make it all one unit, and use four bolts to secure it.

Here's a photo showing the passenger side. I forgot to include the depth of the lock-out tab on the drawer slide so had to drill another set of 4 holes to move the system back ~3/4". Doh! Measure twice, cut once!

What are you using to attach the drawer slides to the wood? I would imagine using just wood screws would not be very durable.

Wood screws have held the slides on my drawers without any problems for 4 years.

I posted my setup a long time ago, but I recently added a top rubber mat. I used livestock mat from Tractor Supply. It is 1/2 thick and very heavy duty!

On my build I used 10-24 bolts and lock washers into tee-nuts. As Charlie mentions above, that was overkill! On subsequent builds I have just used wood screws. I have used the 60" accuride heavy duty slides 3 times now, and on those I will still use 2-3 bolt/lock washer/tee-nut per side just to make sure it all stays in place.
