looked good guys!! the water crossing made me laugh..but overall it hit the majority of people that will wheel that trail..mild stockers and some adventure...

I didnt get to see all of it..the wifes "IDOL" show was on...but I wanna watch it online to see it complete..

glad to see the west coast boys got a taste of what snow and ice wheelin is like..and WHY I dont do it anymore!!:elkgrin:

And then I gasped watching you guys winching off of the Jeep hooks, which was bad enough, but pulling almost 90* to the direction of the hook. :Wow1:

Again Rob, your engineering prowess is always remarkable.

You may find it interesting to know, that the Jeep and the hook mounted to it was owned by the very engineer who load and performanced tested that hook

Glad you liked it. I was really fun to do, and the crew was great. But it is "television":ylsmoke:

I think we're being too critical, the show was fine. Scott didn't really look any chubbier, some of the dialogue was probably just taken out of context, and the rest was no doubt necessary to create a compelling story. When you pit it against the crap on the other channels I think it stacked up pretty well. The two AEVs were well worth an hour of my life, sweet rigs.

Sinuhe's headlight issue was hilarious. I will post some pictures tomorrow.

Overall, that Rover was a trooper, and impressed everyone, including the AEV boys.

OK.. I think I figured out how to record with DVR.. now I'm trying to find the damn show. I feel like the slow kid in class here. I can count my TV shows watched in the last month or two on one hand.

I just watched it on the DVR. Great show and fantastic driving. I have camped right next to the creek that they were worried about, and it could of been a disaster to cross with enough precip.

As for the cliff, here is a shot of it in the summer. You can see the DII on the lower left of the frame. The narration clearly didn't match the image.
