Engine bay looking great with all the new parts! Took the time to redo the fuel lines as well. No more leaks!

Finished the install of the @Scheel-Mann seats and new seat belts. I originally swapped them by accident and one of the levers hit the B pillar. Seat belt bracket had to be trimmed and moved down to fit correctly. Everything in the Santana is a bit different!

Planning my rear kitchen pull-out with integrated Snow Peak IGT system. Hoping to be able to store items directly in the table but it may be too high.

Waiting on my driveshafts that are being built. Was told 1 week and its been a month!

Going to order TrailReady beadlock rims for 35s. They are custom made and can take a few months.

Need to wire up my 110ah Expion360 lithium battery and @redarc Manager 30.

Damn, I love this build!......

Not sure what kind of LED bulbs you are using but many times it's a reverse polarity issue for plug in LED; pull them out and rotate them 180deg and plug them back in and they usually come to life. Ran into this on numerous vehicles to include when I just did the LR3 and I was chasing ground as well. Maybe it helps and I can claim assistance in a mini type way to this epic build.....

Finally got some work done. Engine running well. Custom driveshafts built, waited 2 months for them but they r beefy!

'Drove her out of the garage, first time in over a year. Noticed oil on the ground and realized the low pressure hose from steering rack wasn't hooked up. Tried to go foward and no luck. Either tranny or transfer case not engaging. Either way, it should be on a trailer and headed back to the shop for finishing touches and a roll cage. (Those r temporary wheels)

It's been too long since I've posted up...2 years actually. I will try and not jump too fast but the big news is a new Cummins R2.8 is on its way!

Backtrack... installed TrailReady true beadlocks and Milestar Patagonia 37inch tires, rear Exmoor premium high back seats and full SD roll cage since the last pics. Testing flex with the 14 inch coilovers...

After getting the Ministry of Defender dual AC/heater unit installed and plumbed, was finally driving her home. Got about a mile from home and she made a horrible noise and I couldn't restart her. I know voltage was good and she wasn't overheating. Towed it back to the shop. Engine won't turn over manually...ugh...

Dropped oil pan, then took of head and front cover. Still couldn't turn over engine. Dropped bearing caps and it turned. Noticed cylinder #3 looked dry and it threw a bearing. Engine toast...either lack of oil or coolant to that cylinder. Not sure exactly why.

Time to yank the 300tdi. Got it out in a few hours. My buddy Travis helped me with lifting it out. We are now renting space next to Scully Offroad who drops LS conversions in the old Defenders

I'm going a different route and will be fitting a Mazda 3500 Slti to the OneTen Hard Top once we have finished the Mrs'. Ninety.

I knew I recognized the 110 truck. Scully’s right? Did he do the 300TDI install? Where did you get the 300TDI from?
