I got the week off work to go to the overland expo, but decided to do a little trip of my own. Explored the eastern Sierras and spent some time at and around our cabin on Mono Lake.

This is exactly what I want my 01 4Runner to look like...Looks great!

I decided to drive to Moab last night to get a quick end-of-the-season ride in. I camped at Bartlett Wash, and these were taken at about 8:00 this morning. I also put picked up some FZJ-80 wheels a couple weeks ago and I am pretty much in love with them. They are the perfect width and the perfect offset for the 4Runner IMO. I also went White Lettering Out :sombrero:

I love my FJ-80 wheels. I find about 99% of the aftermarket wheels nowadays pretty hideous with all the crap they put on the beads. Looks great!

Welded up some Trail Gear rock sliders last week, got them for free shipping so I couldn't pass em up. I welded some diamond shaped 3/16" scab plates to the frame rails and gusseted the tubes with 1/4" plate on top. They are stout...

Today I bolted on a used All Pro Offroad Baja front bumper that I got this morning. Going to cut off the added on receiver tube and make a front panel, cut off a few added light tabs, and do something about the turn signals tomorrow. Also gotta give it a fresh coat of paint and source 1 more mounting bolt. Gotta get some real lights and winch now...
