Ooo that's a good'n.

One has to wonder where the winch rope is going in that terrain, but I gather there was another vehicle nearby on solid ground.

Not my best stuck instance, but the only on film (film? They still have that?).

I crawled out onto the hood to toss the winch cable to someone.

Thanks for posting that pic Nathan. This is one of my favorite threads here not because I find it entertaining to see other's in difficult situations but to visualize (and learn) how I would get out if I found myself in a similar situation.

Wish I got a photo of the F250 I saw stuck in the mall parking garage last night, he was able to make it in, coming out was a different story.

This one from a group ride was interesting. Axle drooped, resting on the frame with the hook stuck in the culvert. Couldn't go backwards, couldn't go forward. Used a high-lift with wheel adapter, to keep stacking rocks under the tires. Then used prybars, and pliers to remove the fish hook from the culvert so the group could continue.

This was my first-ever stuck circa '97. It wa with my '89 XtraCab on 31x10.50 Sport King tires that had 100k on them (they still had decent tread believe it or not!) I wish I had a pic of the Chevy Blazer on 40s with a 454 that went through about 15 feet over from and was BURIED. He had pulled me out and was attempting to "show me how it's done".
