Camper Van Expo (Bozeman, MT locale) complete. Was fun hanging out in the booth on Sunday and chatting campers and pickups with folks. Was so busy chatting and looking around the show I almost forgot to click a few pics, but grabbed these right as the show closed.

Looks like I great time! I just got finished touring the KY truck plant with the Tremor forum guys. Man what an experience that place is! 170+ acres under one roof ! Unbelievable and man did Ford treat us nice!

Jerod is the production manager. Keeps the production line moving...or else! Ha. Super nice guy and he and Kelsey are at most of the shows. Hope their Overland Expo Mountain West show went well this last weekend. Two shows back to back is a lot. At least the Mountain West Overland Expo is local.

SuperTramp just sent out a recall for all Flagship LT campers about the 30-amp actuator breakers. From the email: "We advise that customers turn off all four 30-amp actuator breakers, located in the top left of the camper’s electrical box, any time the camper’s roof lifting system is not being used. This includes storage, traveling and camping in either the fully up or fully down position.".

They said they're working with Linak on a temp fix, and then a long term fix.

Thanks for posting @roamie. It's great to see STC addressing this LINAK actuator issue. These are top of the line actuators but things happen. Happy that LINAK is quickly working with STC to address. I feel for STC having to deal with this LINAK issue, but STC stepped up fast and worked this as a top priority.

This is a two-part solution.
The first fix is not a temporary fix, but rather a long term fix that addresses possible water intrusion past the actuator-connector o-ring which could trigger actuator movement on their own. This is fix is only needed on the two rear, exterior actuators. If you are getting extensive rain/moisture on and in the interior actuators, then you have bigger problems to worry about! Ha.

The second part of the overall fix is the installation of a timed relay which will cut all power to the actuators ten seconds after they come to rest in either direction. That is similar to turning off all the breaks but is done automatically. When it's time to put the top up or down, one will momentarily press the actuator button. In about three seconds, the actuators will power up. At that point, you long-press the actuator button as usual to put the top up or down. But, no need for operator to flip any additional switches, breakers, etc. Just use the actuator buttons and the relay will connect power "per use".

For now, everybody please keep those four actuator breakers off (open circuit) until you get both solutions in place. Thankfully the breakers are easy to access and so easy to position on (closed circuit), when roof actuation is needed, then turn the breakers off (open circuit) when complete.

So I just got home from a nice trip to Kentucky and happened to run into another ST owner! @Vsgfoster stopped by to say hello while I was gassing up with some buddies on the Tremor forum. Super cool guy and it was totally cool of him to swing over and say hello for a few mins. @Chadx I believe he said his camper is about 1 number off from yours.

Nice! Yep, Vent is on the thread here. He picked up his #94 the week before us and then they went on a road trip. Missed him...by tttthhat much.

Some have said they haven't ever seen another STC in the wild. We must frequent places, or just live, where STC owner congregate as we have seen a dozen or so different rigs on the road, camping, etc. over the last year. And since LT deliveries have surpassed 180 now, sitings should continue to grow.
Now, spotting an HT or Megatron in the wild will be fairly rare for a while. I've seen neither, but I know that one Canadian couple stayed very close to us (in an area I thought was kind of a secret, but not so much anymore with all the apps) on their way north from taking their HT delivery.

When I ordered my ST, I originally didn't think I would want the awning and shower stall because of rubbing/catching on branches. I did get the molle panel though, for a little extra protection on the side. After using it a bit, I realized I would like them after all.

For anyone who has them, can you tell/show me how they are mounted to the panel?

(Looking closer, I'm thinking I need to actually mount them to the L-Tracks and through the panel, similar to how the panel itself is mounted to the tracks)

I didn’t order mine with anything on the sides but L Track but did order the brackets from ST to mount an awning or shower. They’re small simple brackets that could easily be made or you could order them.

Following the show, we pulled apart the camper for deep cleaning. Figured I'd do a photo dump.

I knew the cushion cover fabric was good, but never really appreciated how good until we pulled them off and ran them through the washing machine. The fabric is thicker and more 'rubbery' than it feels from the outside. If you haven't unzipped a cushion cover and felt the fabric, give it a try. Renewed appreciation for STC's diligence to picking great quality materials throughout the camper. Reinstalling the covers seemed daunting at first, but slowly working on the covers and adjusting, we had all covers back on fairly quick. No images of them being installed. But images of the camper with all cushions removed.

Images without the cushions gives the interior an whole different look and feel. A taste of what a cushion color change would be like. Orange is still our favorite cushion color by far, but nice to get a taste of what a future color change would be like if we ever had cushion damage or simply wanted a change.

Mentioned it before, but the mattress is our non-OEM. Something we pieced together over the last few campers and is a combination of 3" memory foam on top of 3" medium density foam all trimmed to the specific shape of the cabover, but still effectively queen sized. Besides conforming to the angles front corners and slight V of the cabover, trimming the length shorter also reduced soft-top rubbing when accessing underbed storage so easier to lift and lower the mattress.

I added mine directly the the L tracks. For the awning, I used the supplied brackets from 23zero. For the shower cube, I bought a set of brackets from ST as the 23zero ones don’t work. You’ll also need some L track bolts/studs. 6 for the awning and 4 for the cube.
