Tirfor/Griphoist v. the copy cats

Hello, anyone here have to the oportunity to see/use the Tirfor/griphoist?
Your input/user feedback greatly appreciated. Are they Tirfor/griphoist better made, have better/stronger components, why the large price differential? And why so expensive?
How does it compare to the others such as ARB Magnum, Beaver/Tuff pul, etc.?

I beleive the Black Rat is a rebadged Tirfor? The Magnum is a similar design, but definitely not the same housing as the Tirfor/BlackRat
