LS doesn't have a locker.. if you plan on doing any off roading, hold out for something with the locker. You're likely going to be able to get something with a locker for a similar price. Expand your search, fly out and drive back
The driver and passenger are similar if you're talking both manual seats, I don't recall if they are identical. My gut is telling me that they are different, but you could probably make it work with some trimming... power seats are quite different.

I ended up adding a switch to break the connection between the radio and the power antenna motor. This let's me keep the antenna down with the radio on (usually using Bluetooth anyway) but still put the antenna up for radio reception.

My 99 had the valve seal problem at 125 k miles.... It also had blown headgasket from overheating... That might have damaged the valve seals... Or accelerated their demise
Yes, this is a must do... makes a big difference. At some point the red ball will fall apart and you'll be stuck in 4x4 low.... it's actually good preventative maintenance.
