Mpg Okay. I started my trip with a fuel fill up, and a trip meter reset to zero. At the end of my trip, the odometer read 580 miles. But I knew that was high and would need to be adjusted. This trip was actually the break in 500 miles for the new gears. (Just changed the diff fluid...

Motorcycle expedition with a sad ending.

Thanks for the link Wow, what an incredible read. I skimmed it, then went back and started at the beginning only to break out in a leaky mess as I read of his high hopes and enthusiasm, while I already knew the outcome.. His spirit. His insight. He was a superb writer. I've lost friends...

    ExPo Garages: Lets see them!

Brother in law's garage Its easy to have all the gear takeing up the room in my garages when you have a (future) brother in law like mine. We installed the lift at my brother in law's garage, down the road a piece. He's got most any tool I'll ever need to play with. I do a lot of my work on...

    Downside of SMBs?

a view from the other side A view from the perspective of the sales guy. I've been in sales for about 20 years. Mostly in the kayak industry, or outdoor industry in general. Its easy to spot the guy who will buy based on his dreams and fantasies, but will never engage in the realities and...
