I use this box, but if I'm leaving the vehicle for more than just running into a store, I just prop it open to show there's nothing worth taking. This has worked well in my open jeep. You could probably put it under a seat with a little ingenuity(sp?)

I went from a 16" to a 15 " wheel on my Ram 1500. I only had ~3/16 clearance to the caliper but they never gave me any problem. I think if it clears, you are good. You would really have to bend something to cause a problem

What are the studs/nuts for? some kind of bead lock?

I like the shoes that are styled like climbing shoes, the closer the laces go to the toe the better the fit IMO.
