Love the truck. Looks cooler than my 10th gen.
Don't you just love the expy console! Best mod.

If you have time, I'd love to hear more about your suspension upgrades as that is something I want to do in the next year.

Where did you find the rear leaf springs? I would love to do this upgrade to my 2012 F150 4x4. The rear springs are just so soft stock. I put some concrete bags and mulch in the bed and I'm on the bump stops! Also my ranchos suck.

What did you do for the front? Just crank the original bars or did you add 7700 torsion bars?

Stock Torsion bars and Keys Turned up to 24.25" with 4600 Bilsteins in the front. 5100's in the rear.

I got the springs from General Spring.

Just choose your year and the weight you want.

The Expy Console is awesome.

Turning the torsion keys up to raise the front of the vehicle. The space between the Hub and fender is where the measurements are taken. Any further than that puts too much stress on the CV's, and Steering components. Instead of lasting 100k+ miles like most good quality parts should, you'll end up changing parts prematurely.

Awesome, more inspiration for me. I pick up my 2003 super crew on Monday. I have to do some housecleaning in it, dye the door panels, some extra odds and ends. But I am going to probably do the same suspension setup you have. Cheap and effective. Did you get longer bilstiens or for stock height?

Where do you wheel around Williamsburg?

I have to leave the peninsula to do any real driving, even BLM roads are few and far between in this tourist trap. :0) I have friends with land up in New Kent and I've followed along up there a few times. Gloucester gets a bit too muddy for my rig without a winch so I have to be careful.

No, the 4600's up front are plenty but I bought 5100's for the rear even before F250/7700 springs because there's so much more travel that could be had back there even in stock form. If i'm not mistaken the 5100's are 2" longer during extension.

Also,

These little guys showed up today! Brembo Rotors will be here Monday. MOAR Stopping POWA!

Larger, dual steel piston calipers. These are from the 7700/F250 as well. Expedition calipers are the same except the pistons are Plastic/Phenolic. The Rotors I ordered are from an 02 Expedition instead of the 7700 because they are 5 Lug like the regular F150's.

awesome. I am not needing big flex out of this truck. I have my JK for that. Can I get away with stock length with the 7700 springs?

Oh, I am going to be running Monroe reflex monotubes. I have them on my JKU, and my suburban and have great results. best part is lifetime replacement warranty, and bogo at certain retailers.
