I run 33x10.50's BFG KM2's on my single cab 2000 tacoma. I have drove in the NM rain, snow, sand, mud, and pavement without any problems. Taken a few corners faster than what I should have and did not feel uncomfortable about losing traction, just the body roll :smiley_drive:
I ran 33 x 9.50 R15 BFG MT for many years on the factory rims, even competing succesfully on that tire in Florida and California in the Safari Triathlon. I have since switched to 285/75R16 for the higher load rating (essentially a 33 x 10.50). 18 years of tall skinny tires on my MJ with 347,000 miles...and no problems.
