Flyingwil's Taco is growing up!

Likely more work since the center pin (can easily be a PITA!) and the keepers would need to be fiddled with. The stock springs should hold up the truck to at least it's GVW, though I'm quite sure that the ride quality will suffer. As long as no trips are planned until after this is resolved that should only be a minor irritant.

Winch

Ok springs got fixed... Deaver sent me two new top springs, and I had them re built at Spectrac Parts & Services. Took the Taco out on a run the prior week to test... all was good.

Also got the winch built and installed!!! About time. The winch is a hybrid T-MAX 9000. It started off with the EW-9000-WCP competition winch, and I swapped drums, winch brake, and tire bars with an EW-9000W, and added 100' of Master Pull synthetic 5/16" with a Viking HD line protector added...

Glad to read that the Taco is back on the road. :rockon: I'm digging the new bumper, lights and winch set up. Enough to intimidate you if you were to see it coming at you in your rear view mirror. Now have you fixed that pesky e-locker wiring yet?

MMMM... not yet, the locker still locks and unlocks, just no idiot light in the cab. Once I have time it will get fixed. Baby's take a lot of your time, so it can wait while I get daddy time.
