Not much to be scared of. My 6.0 has 779,000 miles. Keep up on the maintenance and you will love the 6.0! The 5 speed transmission is amazing. 325 hp is nice too!
Maybe the owner has done the upgrades that the forums recommend. 62k on a 4x4 for $20k? I see bare bones white cargo vans touting the 7.3 with 300k selling for $7k. Think of this van as a $25k van. Do the upgrades and let her ride for the next 400k.
I can afford this one...but, I'd have to tear out the inside and rebuild.

Good find. I stumbled across it this morning on my daily autotrader van search and gave them a shout. I am waiting on pics to see if it is rusted on the under carriage due to their salt roads or not. They acted like they didn't know what to do when I said I was out of state and wanted pics and would fly and drive. Hoping to swipe it up and give it the UJoint treatment.

Well, after telling them I had money to buy and just wanted pics first and then I would pull the trigger, I never got a call back, got a disconnection from the dealer not knowing how to use a phone, a voicemail on the call back and then 9 hours later an email saying it was going away tomorrow. Probably why the dealer has a lot of awful reviews in the used car section. Bummer. Guess it wasn't meant to be.

I'm running into that with stuff I inquire about as well but then again I just sold some junk to a dude on Craigslist and wound up planning a trip with him and his girlfriend in December. You meet all kinds of folks while horse trading.
