IF you wanted originality then the 101 uses LR 10"x6" mirrors that can be had from several suppliers. The drawback is that they are flat glass and you can see damn all with them. A short term solution is to get a couple of the blind spot mirrors sold at the local car place and stick them on the bottom of the OEM ones. They are a bit small but at least give you an idea if anyone is next to you. In reality want something that is bigger and has a convex shape to let you see into the huge blind spots on 101.
As you have a modified truck I'd suggest looking at commercial truck mirrors. Something like they use on those little Izuzu NPR delivery vans would be my bet. (Try looking for part 8-97890-540-2 which fits one side) I have not tried them so you need to have a look at it and modify things to fit accordingly. Just you opportunity to scare some poor delivry guy at the local supermarket by approaching him and showing your mirror envy.
