Some people buy vehicles to serve a purpose or to achieve a goal.

Some people buy vehicles to buy a badge.

All the above is irrelevant if you aren't going anywhere.

Normally I'm totally not a fan of the whole "It's a jeep thing..." thing, but I saw a bumper sticker on a Samurai once that said "I had your Jeep thing once, now it burns when I pee" and I liked that.

@BKCowGod, I LOLed... :)

The whole brand fanaticism thing is counter-productive anyway. No brand is "pure" in any meaningful sense, and we're better off putting aside our small differences and working together vs legislators and public opinion. Our hobby is threatened enough as it is, all over the world, and fractionalism won't help.

And the definition of expedition vehicle? "Vehicle being used for an expedition". God knows we've had the "driveway queen" argument enough times here. But I expect modelbuilder's finished his beer and gone to bed a long time ago... :elkgrin:

I thought he only drank 60 Packs....!

Heck - all of my vehicles are driveway queens at the moment. Sometimes I spend so many weekends working on them that I forget to take them out and get them dirty.
