Here is my new aquisition. 2008 Job 1 F-250, I've installed a 2.5" front spacers and F-350 rear blocks, H&S Mini Maxx tuner and MBRP race pipe to delete the cat and DPF. I'm not sold on the current tire and wheel set up, may be going to some Walker Evans. As far as suspension goes, if Uncle Sam is nice enough to me, it's getting the new carli 4.5" kit. Hopefully a shell and RTT is in the new future, but for now, it hauls the bikes and yaks just fine!

Hey Guys,
Just ran across this thread and figured I would throw up a few picts of my rig. While I wouldn't even come cloe to calling it "expedition" worthy, I have taken it all over the place and it has worked great! Just a standard leveling kit with some Mods listed in my sig. Plenty of pictures below since we all like em! :ylsmoke:
Cheers,
Paul

I am in the process of building mine. I cant seem to get motivated on my few days off right now to finish it...

Still have to take off the front and rear track bar, clearance the mounts, drill 8 more holes (pain in the butt), redo the rear pads and rear hard lines front stainless lines, bleed the brakes... tighten everything up, check the angle of the rear drive shaft, alignment, redo the exhaust, mount front bumper, steering dampner, fuel tank armor, rewire the shell, run new air lines to the air compressor...

And then stitch weld all the parts...

Doesnt seem like much, but it is...

Why are you removing the front trac bar?

I've seen massive death wobble from just a worn heim on an adjustable tracbar. I can't imagine what no trac bar would be like!

No just taking it off to clearance the mount. Then putting it back on... Truck would fall over with out them.

Do you have any rubbing with the 37's on stock wheels? I am trying to decide what wheel (bs and width) to go with (17's)..

I will let hauler answer for himself, but I have a similar set-up and can provide my feedback.

I have 2011 with Carli Backcountry running 37x13.5x17 Toyo MTs on 9 inch wide wheels with 0 offset (5 inch backspace). I had to trim the front valance that comes on the 11's, I actually choose to take mine off entirely. No rub post that. Here is a pic so you can see how far they stick out. Seems to be a lot of guys running 9 inch, 0 offset.
