New Member intro

Thought I'd make my first post here my intro. I'm in Nor. Ca. about two hours north of the SF Bay Area, and have a couple Rovers in my yard. My daily driver and wheeling rig is a '91 RRC with a 4.2, R380 and LT230, 3" lift, 33s, Detroit Rear/Truetrac front and a few other goodies.

I have a couple of parts trucks too, an '89 and a '92, as well as a '61 SII 88 which I've had for about 20 years. (Wow, has it really been that long?!:Wow1

A few months back I also picked up a D90 hybrid project that I'm still hunting parts for, primarily a Defender bulkhead and windshield so that I can use them instead of the SIIA 6-cyl. bulkhead that's on there now, which I want to put up for sale as soon as I find a Defender unit.

I also have a '94 LWB that I got a screamin' deal on a couple months back that I'm fixing up to resell, though I'm starting to like it so much that I might wind up hanging on to it...

I usually hang out over on lrrforums, some of you may recognize me from there (like that Stevenmd guy...he's frickin' everywhere!)

this is by far the best board for expedition type stuff its good for us Land Rover guys to get out of the tunnel vision of some of the rover forums once in awhile

Steven, I'll get with you soon about the LT230 swap...you really don't have to have it done before Hollister you know, so no using that as a cop-out!
