Thanks. I think I recall that idea but thought it was a temporary plan seeing as the spacers add unnecessary stress to the system which is already being stretched a bit. It seems that lr3 rotor swap would also do the trick seeing as I've never felt wanting for more braking on my lr3 and it has weighed significantly more than the above lr4 build.

In outfitting an LR3 with similar tires, would you recommend the spacers in order to achieve the wider stance once the vehicle is aligned for the taller height?
Here in South Africa we now get a model with 18" wheels and no air suspension.Looking good. If it weren't for my irrational worry over air suspension out in the boonies, I'd be considering an LR4 to move my kit over to soon.
It is obviously seen there having the 18" factory wheels. Did you already post how this was achieved?

You sir are right, just looked it up and yes a 255/80/17 would be sick. Just over 33" and only about 10" wide.I've said it before I'll say it again, 235/80R17 or 255/80R17 (if you're really adventurous)
