I'm just starting out in the overland/expedition mindset. In the process of lowering my very capable JK 2.5", keeping the 40s. She drives better than stock and navigates trails, fireroads and crawling sections like a champ. I don't want to completely lose that aspect.

The trailer is a good start towards a camping/utility. Just beginning it's transformation. Hoping to be mostly done for a Moab trip next June.

There are some incredible builds and ideas in the thread and forum. Great work everyone.

Picked up the trailer from the barn at the cabin last Saturday.

Getting it prepped for a 3 day weekend this coming weekend, and then a week long trip up near the Canadian border to do some fishing, grouse hunting and hopefully see some moose:elkgrin:

And the leaves should be perfect up north by then!
