I would buy it, and put a straight axle on the front, while turning it into a 4x4 Then put a 4bt cummins in it. Then it would be a sweet rig.

Thanks for the comments. The work has been on hold for for the the last 4 months although I have used it as-is for now.

Jesus, when I saw the cragslist link I thought you had found my ad. I put mine on craigslist in a half hearted attempt to sell it. There are a few things that I would have done differently if I could do it over again. If I had a place to store it I would buy that truck.

Update. I insulated the ceiling and added a headliner. The insulation is 1" rigid foam and the headliner is the same indoor/outdoor carpet used on the base for the bed. The carpet was glued to .200 plywood.
