rear hub swappin?

My 01 has rear disc hubs, can the hubs be swapped with same year F350 to match the wheel pattern of the 99-03 front D60?

No. Use wheel adapters.

K thought worth the ask, what about redrill the vanhubs and use the truck rotors? I will get specs on each rotor when time to see

The rear axle is narrow, the adapters fix that problem at the same time.

That won't work either, the e-brake parts inside the rotor are different between the 2. Like Baja said, wheel spacers/adapters are the route to take. Or swap the whole axle.
