Spring mounted subframe on short chassis.

Hi There.
I need help with a subframe build.
In particular of what kind of springs to choose for my spring mounting.

I have a 2000 Mitsubishi Canter FG53EC with crew cab and a short frame.
The box I'm planning to install is 2.5m long and overhangs the frame by like 40cm.
I'm going to install two rails that going to run full length of the chassis and stop at the rear point of the composite box to properly support it.

My guess is the I have to bolt these rails to the chassis at the very end with side plates or u-bolts to the frame will work as well? Also I'm planning to use 4 spring mounting points towards the cab.

Now is the question. How do I size these springs properly, what hardware to use, what brackets? Can I just use two pieces of thick angle Iron as spring monts?

How did you build your subframe on spring mounts? What did you use?

Thank you so much for your help.IMG_20250712_130448426_HDR.jpg

Firstly, if you have not done so already, I would suggest that you search this particular forum, as this topic has been covered many times.
Basically, there is no "one solution for all situations" answer to your questions. A kinematic subframe mount needs to be considered as one part of an overall suspension system, not as a standalone component.
How you intend to use the truck and the weight of the habitat also needs to be taken into account. What works for me is unlikely to be an ideal solution for you, because we will likely have many things that are different.
If you have an engineering background that's great, but if you don't, speaking with an engineer could be helpful.
