Do these work with Eezi Awn tents?

I have a much better and stronger design of something similar. I am having them produced soon. They will be sold through a friend's shop. I will post up more details once they are available.

Has anyone done this mod for their Eezi Awn? I am interested in the parts needed and how to attach to my 1200 Series 3.

Y'all seen this one yet? Might only be relevant to the Eezi-Awn, but surely something can done for other models of tent, too.

If they have the same size channel as the Mombasa and CVTs (the ones I know they work with so far) they will. I should have a little more info in the next couple of weeks hopefully.

Haven't don't it myself yet, but easy. Just rivet or screw a set of footman loops to the based at the four yellow highlighted locations.





Then the straps for a Shoe Hammock or ???, attach to the foortman loops instead of a track slide

Looks like the best way to go. I am thinking it is best to screw into the plywood base if there is enough material there to securely hold.

Assuming the base is 1/2 - 5/8" thick, that will be plenty of bite for a wood screw.

n addition to its use as a table, I have developed a way to attach the AJIK mat against the front edge of my Eezi-Awn roof top tent using some string for support and two 3/8″ steel rods secured by four similarly-sized pipe straps as braces. It basically creates a “balcony” for dirty shoes and sandals just to the left side of our ladder. (I can’t tell you how nice it is to not bring them into the tent anymore.)
