The Nissan NV has a two man bench in most of the rear seating positions. You may try to find one of those.

Bit the bullet today and tore into the van. Took the seats out, carpet, gave it a good sweep, vacuum and cleaning, and then laid down the FatMat, and cut the OSB for the base of the van. I took a page out of volcomsurfer's build and used some 2x4's to shim the OSB down for a snug fit on the floor. Tomorrow I will hopefully get the floor in, possibly some L-track as well, we will see how it goes. Sorry about the size of the photos, I changed a setting on my phone and supersized my pictures so in turn, they wouldn't upload on here. So I had to resize them all, and they are a little small. Oh well, hopefully better ones tomorrow.

Did a little work to the van the past few days. Picked up some 2013 take-out seats down in Southgate from a guy who does conversions on vans. Not great work from what I saw, but he had tons of stuff for both Ford and Chevy vans. Paid $300 for them, but when I went to install them there were problems. There was both a driver and passenger seat, but on two passenger bases. So I swapped to my old bases, thankfully it was a simple swap. While I was at it though, I decided to swap the sliders too, because mine were in better condition than the ones on the bases. Not so easy. I figured it out fairly simply, but still a PITA, and a big time-sucker. However, I was able to take my old seats back, and get some different bus-style seats from him for the rear that will fit my interior configuration a little better. Photos of those when I get the floor in.

My new-style center console came in as well, so I modified my old mount for the race-radio that came with the van, and made a clean bracket that tucks away in the console. Pretty happy with how it turned out.

My next big project will be my flooring, L-track, and seats mounted in the van. That however is about two weeks away, as next week I am heading off to Crested Butte for four days to check out some property my girlfriends family just purchased. Gonna be cold.

Those newer center consoles slide right on to the dog house cover of a 2006 e series? And fit just right? I would love that upgrade because swinging big feet through that opening with my current setup takes some real talent. Was going to upgrade to the 2007 one but this looks even better....

New center console clips right on. I did use some force, but that was because the used one I got was a little warped. But yes, clip right in. Much more functional than the old one with 4 useless cupholders...

Bought mine off of ebay. Link is included, the guy I got mine from. Usable storage, and easy mod. Very happy with it. Thanks Sea.Jay, stoked to get it going. Haven't seen too many camper/conversion types in the passenger van-style, so I'm excited to see what I can come up with.

Console link on Ebay. Shipped pretty quickly to me. Fair pricing I think, haven't shopped around too much for them, but buying them OEM new is not cheap.

What kind of conversions does the seat guy do? I always saw his CL ads and wondered. Van is looking great

From the sound of it, all sorts of them. Cargo, seating, fleet, whatever you need done. The shop where I picked up the seats was a mess, and the work I saw in one of his vans was suspect, but I would give him the benefit of the doubt and try to see one of his "finished" vans before forming a real opinion on the guy. Very friendly and approachable though, and was quick to get back to me with questions about the seats, so I was happy. Have a new go-to place for used van parts, kinda hard in the So-Cal area. Thanks for the compliments on the van. Nowhere near done, but now it's started, so hopefully I can get a good majority of it done before the new year.
