Expeditions West XV-JP Testing and Build Thread

I think the attention to detail is what impressed me most about the Earthroamers, and you could see it in all stages of production.

We are working on it every day. Tim (SOAZ) is up here helping with it too. My excitement is really building. The newest builds (like mine) are quite the evolution from the prototype, including harnesses and modules for reliability. I will post more pictures soon.

do you have a regular cyclic itch for vehicle replacement? id like to start planning on buying the earthroamer from you. :hehe:

She is coming along nicely!!
Almost there. Lots of finishing details to do, but man it looks sharp!

Scott is correct. Amazing employees here. After a couple
12+ hours days I'm bushed! Time for that Singletrack Copper Ale I picked up!:Mechanic:

Within hours of being finished. Just the tent remains, which will arrive in the next 30 minutes or so.

I expect to be sleeping in it tonight - pretty exciting :D

When I get it back to AZ, we will install the AEV wheels and new tires, along with a few additional suspension adjustments, shocks, etc.

Then, we will load it full of gear and head to So. Cal. and then all the way up the coast to Oregon and the Steens Mountains, then east to Moab for the LRNR.

Hopefully I can see a few of you along the way :smiley_drive:

Yes :)

We try to replace the vehicles before 80k, so they have a nice amount of life left in them. It should take less than three years to hit that with the XV-JP.
