Looks good!

I didn't know you can get u-bolts that long. You did right adding a spacer on the truck's c-channel frame, where the u-bolts are attached..

I am following the Fuso body builder guide to the tee. The little brackets hanging from the u bolts are to be welded onto the spacers. I had custom U-bolts made. Those and the oak for the cushion between the frame and subframe were two items which were significantly more expensive than expected!!

Top up! Electrical and hydraulic systems functional. It's a good thing too with my scheduled departure in three days. Remaining items to do: on board air, running and tailight assemblies, mudflaps, underbed tool box, rear bumpers(2), and spare tire mount.

I am guessing that you can also take off the "Private Coach" stickers now, given that it no longer looks like a commercial truck. :)

Just wrote a list of the remainig items to do to the truck in the next two days.... Entirely doable!!

New LED running lights installed, rear upper bumper painted. Test fit of spare tire in preparation for rear lower bumper construction. First look at rear departure angles. Acceptable.

Awesome! Looks just perfect, and I love the look of the pop up on there. It looks just right to me.

Best wishes on your maiden voyage!
