Meanwhile they put all this annoying spam on Facebook, as if everyone should be excited by their "reveal". Just let me know when it's for sale and I may have a look. But I'm over it already.

There are a lot of new companies popping up, and most of them are using an electric drivetrain. And frankly, that makes more sense than this. Because it is easier to start from scratch than with a conventional drivetrain.
Next to that, how would you get something like this qualified as safe enough? Perhaps in US when it is a truck? As a passenger car it will not work.
BMW engine has been used before in a Bertone offroader, based on a Daihatsu. Basically a luxury version of the same car.
But I doubt that it is liked by people who really wamt to have solid axles and ladder chassis.

Meanwhile I'm still waiting for that Romanian ARO off roader that was supposed to be introduced in 1998.
I'm sure it'll be here any day now.
BTW that photo looks like a jacked up Honda Pilot with the world's ugliest wheels. I sure hope that's not the actual prototype because that's looks ridiculous.

Thats a Ford Everest body shoved onto something like the Ineos drvietrain. Probably used because its mainly an Australian market vehicle.
